Terms & Conditions
- Rule No.1 -Attendance Criteria
- The student who Is enrolled with Agarwal classes will have to work hard regularly , In case the teachers feel that student is not working hard , creating indiscipline or using unfair means in the institute , irregular in attendance not responding properly , He| She may be expelled from the institute . The decision of the center manager in this regard will be final and binding on the student /parents .No fee or part of the fee will be refunded in such cases
- If any student missed the lectures for more than 5 days continuously without any prior written application , he / she will only be allowed to attend the classes once the parents come and meet the center Manager & If a student is missing on a specific day, he cannot demand the lecture.
- All Students will abide by the rules of the Institute
- .Rule No.2-Progress Report,Test & Parents Responsibilities
- The parents can meet the manager For any enquiry about their ward 's progress or any other problem concerning their ward with prior appointment only .
- Any change of address , Mobile no & e-mail should be notified in writing to the office with In 10 days . A student who is late by 10 minutes for classes / test , will not be allowed to enter the classroom .
- If a student is absent or misses a test , he / she can collect his/her question paper from the office with In 10 days from the date of the test , falling which the question paper will not be given to him/her .
- Parents are requested to visit personally every month for the progress report of his/her ward .
- After depositing the course fee , If a student becomes disinterested due to any reason what's over THE COURSE FEE IS NON -REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES .
- Rule No.3-Management Policy
- The institute reserves the right to use the photograph for publicity in the case the student secures position / success In JEE , MEDICAL , SAT , AIPMT , HSC & SCIENCE ,Olympiad or any other exam . The student should also staple two extra photographs with the form .
- If the tuition fee is not paid in lump sum , submission of post dated cheque is mandatory . In case , post dated cheques are not submitted or get bounced then a late fee of Rs.100 per day shall be charged on The instalment due . However , instalment will be accepted with late fee only up to end of the month in which the instalment gets due after which the name of student will be struck - off .
- Agarwal classes Reserves its right to make any Alteration in its programs/ Time-table / Teacher /venue / timing and days of classes without any prior notice to anybody . The Decision of the director will be final and bindings on the students & Parents.
- If any cheque is bounced for whatsoever reason, A fine of Rs.1500 will be charged separately from the student along with the fee instalment .
- Please do not cause any disruption and do not make any specific requests that will affect our teaching style.
- We don't accept or want any type of disruption that isn't part of our Teaching style.
- In case any parents/guardian misbehaves with any staff member of the institute, his/her ward can be rusticated from the institute and no claim of refund of such student will be entertained . the decision of the director will be final and binding on the student and parents / guardian .
- Management is not responsible for any kind of fraudulent promises which is not declared in our terms & conditions at the time of the Admission about discount, offer, timings by counsellor or Teacher. Please ask a written letter with the signature of the main authority person and the organisation stamp, regardless of whatever conditions set forth at the time of admissions.
- It is the responsibility of The parents to submit the fee of their ward in time as per schedule given in the prospectus . They should not expect reminders and calls from the center they themselves should be concerned equally to pay the fees as attending the classes by their ward .
- Admission shall not be transferred from one course of study to another, under any circumstances.
- Rule No.4-Fees & GST
- Parents must pay 60% of the costs in advance, with the remaining 40% paid in instalments via EMI.
- Fees to be paid by cheque in favour of ''Agarwal Classes '' & 18% GST Is also applicable
- Any offer you receive at the time of admission will expire after a given period of time, and you will not be able to reclaim it.
- Please inquire about the spot offer & Reference discount if you wish to pay the entire sum in one go or clear everything at once.
- Fees will Neither be adjusted NOT REFUNDED NOT TRANSFER to anyone under any circumstances .
- After enrolment , if student is discontinuing classes due to any circumstances , parents / student is liable to pay entire promised fee .
- Rule No.5-Teaching Methodology
- In terms of teaching methodology, parents and students cannot intervene, and we employ the CFL pattern, which will be beneficial in the long run for studies.
- For doubt sessions, different lecturers are available at different timing with different teachers. For further information, please contact the center manager.

- Rule No.7-Grievance
- In the event of a grievance, a senior who was in charge of the company and left in an unusual manner, a person must wait for the next appointment in that position. please provide us with your Email address and we will respond to you via email.
- Rule No.8-Student Responsibilities & Doubts Solving Criteria
- In the event of a holiday, the student must revise what was learned in class and be prepared for the test.
- Please avoid unusal arguments with teacher and write down all doubts in paper and provide to the teacher in doubt solving sessions.
- pls make 3 note-book of class-work , Home-work & Test.
- Highlighter should be used when student doing mistakes and S or L used for Silly | Logical mistakes.
- Before moving on to the next chapter, please review the previous chapter and clear any doubts in doubt session.
- After grasping the chapter's concept, students should take notes on the chapters.
- It is the responsibility of the student to finish all assignments on time.
